Melissa Wotjecki named Intermediate School Principal

Melissa Wojtecki brings 28 years of experience in education and a deep commitment to student success. Throughout her career, she has taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels and has served in teacher leadership and administrative roles for a combined 10 years.

Mrs. Wojtecki holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, a Master’s Degree in English, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision. She joined Union Academy Charter School in 2025 as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction and later served as the Intermediate School Assistant Principal.

Dedicated to ensuring high-quality instruction for all children, Mrs. Wojtecki believes that strong relationships with students and families are the foundation of a thriving school community. She is passionate about supporting academic growth, fostering meaningful connections, and helping every child reach their full potential.

Mrs. Wojtecki is married and the proud mother of three adult children.
