The Union Academy Women’s Track and Field team won the NCHSAA 3A State Championship on May 14 at North Carolina A&T University.

Union Academy senior Grace Hopper has earned UNC-Chapel Hill’s Morehead-Cain Scholarship. The Morehead-Cain Scholarship is a prestigious four-year, merit-based award that covers full tuition, room and board, and books, along with four summers of enrichment programs offering unique opportunities.

Union Academy DECA has earned School-Based Enterprise (SBE) Certification for the 2025–2026 school year and will be recognized at DECA’s International Career Development Conference this April in Atlanta.
