Union Academy DECA students competed at the MCEC competition at Myers Park High School on November 15th.  A total of 940 DECA students from 16 high schools competed in a marketing event of their choice by taking an exam and participating in a judged live role-play business scenario.

The following students represented Union Academy: Greg Baker, Kylie Brodt, Blake Carter, Corbin Esquivel, Gabriela Gama, Yadira Garcia-Martinez, Tucker Hall, Justin Harris,  Aidan Hopper, Grace Hopper, Grant Johnson, Reece Lapinsky, Mason Lusk, James Rogers, Claudia Romainville, Dhruv Srinivasan. Union Academy had five students earn top awards in their event.
