Mrs. Christina Rose, NC New Teacher Support Program Instructional Coach (from UNC Charlotte), is an innovative and passionate leader who believes ALL students should have access to a high-quality education. She stands firmly on the belief that beautiful rewards are the result of students growing their reading, writing, and thinking skills. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in English and African American Studies and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from UNC Charlotte.

Her experience includes serving as a secondary-level classroom teacher, Literacy Coach, District Instructional Coach, and School Climate and Culture Coach. Throughout Mrs. Rose's career, she has received several recognitions for her effectiveness. She finds joy in supporting students and teachers. She also enjoys learning new things, spending time with her family, traveling, and giving back to the community.
