At Union Academy, we strive to make sure students are exposed to all types of technology. Our goal is to prepare them for the 21st century through the use of computer labs, laptops, tablets, SMART boards, online resources, and more. We also work to ensure teachers are inspired and encouraged when dealing with (and teaching) technology. Without them, our students would not be successful!

Student Helpdesk Hours:

The I.T. Office now has a student helpdesk to provide support to all students from the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Service Level Agreement

The I.T. Department utilizes a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This document will serve as a foundation of expectation between I.T. staff and school stakeholders. It outlines response and resolution times, priorities, and other important information.
