Get the Body Moving after the Storm:
10 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 lunges, 30 second run in place, 10 arm circles forward/back, make a V with legs and reach down to your right ankle and hold for 10 seconds (repeat with left side and the middle), 10 sit ups/crunches, and 10 push-ups (have your child demonstrate correct form and the ques we focus on in class)
