I am excited to be teaching 8th grade science and social studies for the 2020-21 school year. This is my fourth year teaching at UA, although I have been teaching for quite a while. My daughter and son are in 10th and 7th grade here at UA. I graduated from the University of Central Florida (go Knights!) with a BA in Communicative Disorders. I did my additional classroom education classes at Florida Southern College. When I'm not teaching, you can find me shuttling my children to baseball, swim, or cross country.
My distance learning office hours are M-F 9-10 and 2:30-3:30. I will have optional live sessions for Social Studies on Mondays from 10-10:30 and 2-2:30 and Science on Wednesdays from 10-10:30 and 2-2:30.
My contact information is listed below. As I will not be at the school often during distance learning, the best way to reach me is via email.
