  • HS lists will be given out at Open House or students may visit teacher webpages for some
All forms below need to be completed by all students in grades K-12 prior to using/receiving a chromebook.
ALL K-12 students need to complete the yearly medical form. Turn in to HR teachers or the Health Room.
Media Center
All K-12 students need to complete the media center agreement form.
  • All fees are available to pay in MyPaymentsPlus.

Request for Powerschool Parent Portal Access
  • Please fill out this form to request access to Powerschool Parent Portal.
UA receives funding for students present the first 20 days of school. Please help us receive the maximum funding by sending your child to school the first 20 days.
  • Absence Note (complete any time your child is absent from school)
  • No catered lunch July 26-July 30; pack a lunch for your child
  • August menu closes July 25 (all other months the menu closes on the 22nd)
  • Grades K-8 until 6 p.m.
  • Registration deadline for the first week of school is July 22
  • Fall sports will begin soon. Check the Athletic webpages for more information.
  • Physical forms and the link to the NCHSAA Clearing website are on the Athletic page.
  • CAC fees and seasonal fees for middle and high school athletes are paid in MyPaymentsPlus.
7:30- 8:00 a.m. is the preferred drop off time for K-8 students.
  • 7:00 a.m.-7:29 a.m. students (all grades) can be dropped off in North Carpool at the doors to the MPR
  • Grade Level Carpool (morning and afternoon)
    • Grades K-2 use South Carpool
    • Grades 3-12 use North Carpool (students with siblings in K-2 will use South)
  • LS and MS students arriving after 8 a.m. will need to check-in at the main office
  • HS students can enter through the MPR doors until 8:30 a.m. (see HS page for bell schedule)
  • HS students arriving after 8:30 a.m. will need to check-in in the main office

  • Car tags are required for afternoon pickup
  • Order tags in MyPaymentsPlus under School Supplies
  • Car tags ordered before July 21 can be picked up in South Gym during Open House
