• All MyPaymentPlus(MPP) items are marked "No Refunds." However, we understand that things happen and exceptions are considered. 

    Complete and submit the Request for Refund Form for the following: The request form will open on August 1, 2022. 

    • Field Trip Registration Fee
    • Overnight Trip (paid for through MyPaymentsPlus Only)
    • Field Trip Chaperone Fee, if the Activities Office was notified via email 5 days or more prior to the trip date
    • Overnight Trip Chaperone Fees, if the Activities Office was notified via email 14 days or more prior to the trip date.

    Items that are NOT eligible for a refund:

    • Yearly Activity Dues
    • Field Chaperone Fees are non-refundable 5 days prior to the trip
    • Overnight Trip Chaperone Fees are non-refundable 14 days prior to the trip.
    • Boo Bash & Carnival Tickets
    • Overnight Trips purchased through Super Holiday Tours 

    Note: The amount refunded, if approved, will be 4% less than the amount originally paid. The 4% charge is the MyPaymentsPlus fee UA must pay for every transaction and cannot be refunded. 

    This form is for 2022/2023 school year Activities & Events only, not for IT, media center, After-School or late pick-up fines, Pre-K tuition, parking fee, Cardinal Corner purchases, athletic fees, club dues, Catered Lunch, or donations to the school & UA Foundation. Requests to refund dues, fees, or registration payments for the 2021/2022 school year, or prior, will not be considered.
