WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Portraits will be in the Card's Nest, behind the MS Gym near the playground.
• Please check in with volunteers to receive your QR Code.
• After your formal shot is taken, you will have a bathroom to change clothes in. volunteers will be there to assist & direct. 
• You’ll then have your casual shots taken indoors (new tech - blue screen). *Subject to change 
• You will be able to change clothes after your shoot in the MS Gym bathrooms. 
• You will be asked to select your favorite formal pose. This is the picture that will go in the yearbook if you DO NOT return to the online portal and select one by the due date. 
• Return to class immediately.
• If the senior cannot make the upcoming shoot, there will be a make-up session 11/6. You have the option to go ahead and sign up for a spot on Nov 6. This is for MAKES-UP ONLY, not retakes. Use Calendar arrows (yellow) to navigate from August 4 to November 6. 

 WHAT TO WEAR: 

• LADIES: wear a spaghetti strap tank-top for under drape. Bring a favorite necklace or pearls, if you wish. 
• GENTLEMEN: wear a plain white t-shirt for under tux.
• EVERYONE: Both a Formal & a Casual photo will be taken and are both required.
• Tux & Drape is provided by Legacy. 
• Please wear/bring a casual outfit in addition to the above.

Parents - Submit this form to schedule make-ups and retakes by 7:30 AM 11/1:LINK COMING SOON

All K-8th Grade children need to come in their uniforms looking their UA best. 9th-11th Grade, please wear dress-code approved outfits. All children who've paid to dress down can change after. 

FOR RETAKES: If you have your QR codes from the original session, please bring them with you. If not, you can print the email that you received from Legacy with your proof. If you don't have any of those things, your child will need to give their name to the photographers. 

FOR MAKE-UPS: Homeroom teachers will have a QR code for you to take to your session. Those codes need to go home to parents. 

Legacy uses the contact info in PowerSchool to communicate with our parents. If that info is not current or incorrect, you may not receive your proofs. If that happens, please send your child for retakes anyway, just to be sure and then we can fix the email issue after the fact.  If you want to get in touch with Legacy Photography:

• There are NO MORE Senior make-up pictures taken at UA after this.

Location: Cardinal's Nest & Playground 
Class Pics - 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Casual dress clothes of your choice! Avoid green due to the green screen background. If you choose to send your child with open-toe shoes on for the pictures, that is fine, however send a pair of closed-toe shoes for your child to change into. 

These pictures are not mandatory! Completely optional for parents to participate in.

Cap & Gown + Outdoor Casual

Please CLICK HERE (link coming soon) to reserve your senior's time slot for Cap & Gown pictures. Pictures will be taken in the Card's Nest building near the playground, behind the HS Gym. The bathrooms/locker rooms in the North Gym can be used to change. 

Schedule Your Sitting
Use the calendar link to book your traditional sitting appointment. You have until noon on April 25th to reserve your spot. Please Note: If an appointment is missed, students will have to make an appointment with Legacy Studios and a sitting fee will be charged. At this time, there is no make-up date scheduled. 

Select Your Outfit
Our complimentary cap and gown sessions are now available as a personal way to commemorate your senior! Due to the v-neck shape of the gown, we suggest wearing a color-coordinated shirt with a collared or simple neckline. Students are responsible for bringing their cap, gown & tassel to the sitting.

Your portraits will be photographed by Legacy's professional photographers on their high-quality green screen backdrop. Due to the nature of green screen technology, please avoid wearing green to your photo session. 2 Poses are included.

After your photoshoot, you will be given a password-protected personal online gallery to view and purchase your images! Check out their FAQ section for any questions you have.
