Welcome to Kindergarten!

I am Mrs. Baucom and I have worked at Union Academy since 2018. I started off as a 3-8 Math interventionist, spent three years teaching Genius Lab classes for all K-4 students and now I am on the Kindergarten team.

I received my Bachelors in Mathematics with a minor in Education and Business.  I spent several years in Finance at Bank of America before following my dream of being a teacher.  

I am the mother of one son and several animals.  We own an alpaca farm. We raise them for their fiber and show.  I enjoy being outside, being on the lake, and baking.

I am honored to teach your child this year.
