Hello UA family!  I grew up on the Outer Banks of North Carolina before my family moved to Indian Trail in 2013.  I graduated from Greensboro College in 2006 with a BA in Secondary History Education.  After college I taught High School Social Studies for ten years before coming to UA as a Middle School teacher. I have been working at Union Academy since 2016 as a 6th grade Social Studies teacher and also as an assistant football coach to the JV and Varsity teams. Beginning this year I'll be moving to middle school sports as the Head Coach of the 7th & 8th grade football team.  My two children, Leah and Ethan, are also Cardinals who have attended UA since 2016.  I love being a part of the Union Academy community and I'm here to help students be successful and feel loved & supported.
