My name is Brittain Storey. I have worked at Union Academy since 2017. I am married to a kind man and have two children who attend Union Academy. We love being part of the community and family that is Union Academy. I love that Union Academy makes character development a large part of core instruction. As students are working on their personal character development, it’s really great to see parents taking on the mantle and encouraging their children, extending character development into the home and community. Parents play such a huge role here at UA. One of the most important ways parents help is by showing good character in their daily interactions and decisions in front of their children.

I began working at Union Academy in 2021 as a substitute teacher. I loved the focus on character and how it felt like one big family. Shortly after starting, I became a Classroom Interventionist in first grade! My wonderful husband and I live here in Union County and own a farm where we raise cattle, goats, sheep and chickens! I have a “bonus” daughter who attends UA and is part of the class of 2033! I can not wait to meet each and every one of you and look forward to a great year and fun times!
