Public Lottery

Union Academy is holding the following Information Sessions for the 2010 - 2011 school year. All information sessions will be held at the Upper School Campus 675 N. M. L. King Jr. Blvd. Monroe, NC 28110.  Click here for a map. 

If you are using a GPS navigation system or Mapquest for directions, please enter the following address:  2218 Weddington Rd. Monroe NC 28110. 

Dates for 2010 Information Sessions:

Sunday, February 28 – 3:00 PM

Monday, March 1– 7:00 PM

Sunday, March 7 - 3:00 PM

 

The Public Lottery will be held

Sunday, April 18, 2010 at 3:00 PM.

(Rescheduled from April 25)

To receive an application, please attend

one of the information sessions. 

Completed applications must be returned to the Union

Academy Registrar's Office by 4:00pm on

Kindergarten Age Requirement

State Law has changed the starting age for school:

Beginning with the 2009-2010 school year, children need to be 5 years old by August 31st in order to begin kindergarten in that school year.  You are welcome to attend an Information Session for the 2010-2011 school year if your child meets the new age requirement for kindergarten entrance.  Submitted applications that don’t meet the new requirements can not be considered for the 2010-2011 lottery.
